Using ConceptRT enables the development of very flexible real-time software to control high performance automated solutions with cycle times as short as 100 μs on standard PC’s.
The abstraction layer of ConceptRT has been designed to make real-time applications independent from underlying technologies. ConceptRT permits at all times the alteration of the control hardware, real-time operating system and the development tools of applications with no or hardly any impact on the application’s source code. Therefore, ConceptRT protects your investment in software application development from the implications of technology changes, and as a result offers business agility and flexibility.
Our real-time framework is available on many systems such as RTX, InTime, ThreadX, RcX, WxWorks, Linux and MS Windows.
However ConceptRT is always open to other technologies which can easily be integrated.
Fieldbus technologies are generally an important and time consuming part of an industrial application development. Due to its smart IO system manager, any application based on the framework ConceptRT is independent of the choice of the fieldbus technology.
